Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, through PayPal. We also accept eChecks through PayPal subject to a 4 business day hold pending check clearance. (You can use PayPal to pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account). We now also accept orders by phone.
Shipping
Each item in our store has a selection box for the different shipping methods available for that item. Not all methods are available for all items. Shipping times are stated on our website on each product’s information page and are estimates only and we cannot guarantee shipment times as we cannot control delays incurred by UPS, FedEx or the Postal Service. Please be aware that delivery dates do not include weekends and holidays.
Although we will try our best to meet your delivery date requirements, during peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time for shipping during the holidays.

Changes in Shipping Information
If an error is made in the shipping address after the order has been placed or the shipping address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly make the necessary changes.
If the gift has already been picked up by the Courier Company, we will need to contact them to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to you for the error.
You are responsible for providing the accurate and complete shipping address, including the Gift Recipients Name, street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number, if applicable, and zip code.
Choosing Personalization Options
Personalization instructions are displayed for each item on the product information page. Follow the instructions, and select your design options from the drop-down boxes: colors, sizes, styles, etc. A text box will be available for you to type in the name, initials, or message to be personalized on the item. Please note: The personalization options for each of our products often varies. Be sure to follow the instructions for each product in your shopping cart carefully, and make sure all options are filled in.
You may cancel your order if personalization has not begun by e-mailing us, or call Customer Service at (602) 370-3312. In most cases, processing begins within 24 hours of your order, so we will do our best to cancel your order within that time. Please include your Order Number in your e-mail or have it handy when you call.
Note: Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. In the event of an error on our part, e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of item and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
Gift Wrap/Gift Cards
While most of our gifts can be gift wrapped a few do not offer gift wrapping. Gift cards with your personal message can be included with most but not all of our gifts. You will find these options listed with each product they are offered with. If you desire gift wrapping and/or gift cards please choose these options when making your item purchase.
Will My Gift Be Exactly As Described?
We make every effort to assemble the gifts and gift baskets exactly as described in the descriptions, however occasionally items may have to be substituted depending upon inventory. If an item must be substituted it will be of equal or greater value.
Returns
We take great pride in our ability to give you quality gifts. If a product arrives broken/damaged or defective, e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of item and we will issue an RA# (Return Authorization) and make arrangements for a replacement. In the case of damage during shipping, please be sure to keep all packaging as it may be needed by the shipper. For all other returns, please be aware that we do charge a 15% restocking fee (20% on a few of our items) and customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us. Before returning an item, send an e-mail to us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will give you an RA # to mark on your package. Please note we must receive the item(s) back in new and original condition within 20 days of the date the RA number was issued. The item must be received back with original packaging, not damaged, used or worn and have the original tags and package materials with them. It is very important when shipping back goods to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur enroute back to us. New condition must be received back to us in order to give credit of goods. We will refund you the price of the product once items are received back to us in new condition. An RA number is valid for 20 days only. After 20 days the RA number is automatically voided and no credit will be issued.
Exchanges
If an exchange is desired, please send us an e-mail within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will issue an RA # (Return Authorization). Postage to ship the item to us and also for us to ship the new item out is at the expense of the person requesting the exchange. The item must be received back with original packaging, not damaged, used or worn and have the original tags and package materials with them. It is very important when shipping back goods to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur enroute back to us. New condition must be received back to us in order to give credit of goods. We will exchange your product once items are received back to us in new condition. An RA number is valid for 20 days only. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Baby Gift Baskets-n-More shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Baby Gift Baskets-n-More shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Baby Gift Baskets-n-More shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
